Account & profile: Name, email, phone number, password hash, role (student or tutor), profile details, referral codes.
Bookings & messages: Booking/session details, in-app messages, reviews and ratings.
Payments & wallet: Top-ups, purchases, refunds, withdrawal records, tutor payout details. We do not store full card numbers.
Device & usage: App identifiers, push notification tokens, logs and usage information.
We share information only as needed: with service providers (hosting, email, payments), for legal/safety reasons, and in business transfers. We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising SDKs.
Payments are handled by third-party processors under their own policies. Upwyze stores limited records (amounts, status, timestamps) for accounting and compliance.
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal and tax requirements. On deletion request, we delete or anonymise data not legally required to retain.
